Here is yet another great do-it-yourself project that is so easy and works so well, there is no reason not to try it! It’s basically food scraps and vinegar. Food scraps, not garbage! So don’t let that discourage you from trying it, you’re going to love it. This is just another way to control the ingredients you and your family consume or are exposed to. Another way to become more self-reliant.
I present this in a 1 quart jar. If you have enough orange peels for a gallon, make it in a gallon jar! The more the better.
Orange All Purpose Cleaner
I admit that I have never had granite counters and have no experience with their unique composition. As you explain it, it does make perfect sense. I don’t know how well this cleaner would work on an untreated, porous surface. I would imagine that it would be a challenge for any cleaner to be effective if it were not sealed in some way.
